Week 15 IDP Waiver Wire Targets

James IhedigboWe’re well into the fantasy playoffs now, and there were some key injuries and newcomers that could make the difference for your IDP rosters. Here’s a look at players to target on the Week 15 IDP waiver wire.  Good luck!

Audie Cole (LB, Vikings)

Cole is a repeat from last week, but as always….I REPEAT FOR EMPHASIS! Cole has supplanted Erin Henderson at the middle linebacker spot, and he’s been rock solid since taking over. He’s tallied 35 tackles and 1 sack in the last 3 weeks. Those are strong numbers and he’s a good pickup and play going forward.

Jason Worilds (LB, Steelers)

Worilds is also a repeat, and last week I mentioned you should check to see how things will play out when Woodley returns. As it turns out it looks like both LBs will see time, and Worilds remains a good IDP option at OLB. In the last four games he’s had 31 tackles, 5 sacks, and 1 forced fumble.

Moise Fokou (LB, Titans)

Fokou saw the majority of snaps for Tennessee at MLB in Week 14, and at this point he seems like the most likely retain the role. He didn’t light things up, but he did tally a respectable 8 tackles. It’s worth keeping an eye on the personnel situation, but Fokou could be a worthwhile addition.

James Ihedigbo (S, Ravens)

Ihedigbo has had two very solid performances in the a row for Baltimore as he’s recorded 22 tackles and 1 forced fumble over the span. He’s probably the best of the crop of DBs available on the waiver wire at this point in the season. If he’s still available in your league, then he’s worth picking up as a worthwhile addition and start at defensive back.

Rashad Johnson (S, Cardinals)

With Tyrann Mathieu suffering a season ending knee injury, Johnson is in line to step into the role at free safety. He’s not going to get the variety of use that Mathieu saw, but he could be a decent addition. In Week 14 he showed that he has some playmaking ability as he recorded an INT.
